Kevin Kavanaugh

Coach Kevin Kavanaugh started at SFX in 2018 as the school's physical education teacher.  “Coach K” earned his Bachelor of Education degree from Miami University and a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision degree from Ball State University.  Coach K started teaching in 1976 and came to Glynn County from Dayton, OH in 1994.  Coach K retired from Glynn County School System in 2016 after a successful teaching and coaching career. 

Coach K coordinates the school's annual Field Day.

Coach K is happily married to Tammy and they have four children, Cormac, Colleen, Caleb, and Chloe.
