Tuition
Each family will be asked to sign a Tuition Contract each new school year and it MUST be signed before the first day of school. The contract will state the current year’s tuition and fees, as well as the terms of payment. Those families paying on a 10-month plan (July – May) are required to participate in the FACTS service that utilizes electronic banking.

Tuition is the financial obligation that a parent accepts when his/her child is admitted to St. Francis Xavier Catholic School. SFXCS depends upon this revenue to meet its operating expenses to educate and nurture its students. If you are experiencing difficulty with tuition payments, please contact the principal or business manager for assistance in finding a solution.

We offer three tuition payment options, all of which require establishing a FACTS tuition payment account:

• Option 1: Annual Payment - There will be a one-time payment in full to be made on or before July 20. Diocesan policy does not permit cash/check payments to be accepted at the school. FACTS enrollment is required.

• Option 2: Semi-annual payment –  Families choosing this plan will make two payments to fulfill their tuition obligation. The first payment is due on or before July 20. The second payment  is due on or before January 20.

• Option 3: Monthly payments –  Tuition will be divided into 10 equal monthly payments processed through the FACTS Tuition Management Program. Payments begin on either July 5 or 20 and continue through April 5 or 20, depending on the date selected at the time of enrollment.

Fees

The Diocese of Savannah requires that all tuition and school-related payments must be made through the FACTS electronic payment system.

The registration fee per child is $360.00 ($180.00 will be drafted upon re-enrollment/enrollment, with the remaining $180.00 drafted on May 1, 2025).

There is a $400 discount per sibling.
