Admissions and Enrollment Coordinator
St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in Brunswick, Georgia, is seeking a part-time Admissions & Enrollment Coordinator to lead student recruitment and enrollment while serving as the welcoming face of our school for prospective families.
Inspired by the Sisters of St. Joseph, St. Francis Xavier Catholic School provides an excellent academic foundation, promotes spiritual formation, and instills within each student a desire to serve others. This position plays a key role in growing our school community by sharing our mission and guiding families through the admissions process.
Position Details
- Part-Time, 12 Months
- Reports to the Director of Advancement and the Principal
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective families from inquiry through enrollment.
- Conduct campus tours and coordinate admissions events, including Open Houses and Shadow Days.
- Develop and implement enrollment and recruitment strategies to achieve annual enrollment goals.
- Guide families through the admissions process using FACTS.
- Create and manage admissions marketing materials, social media, and website content.
- Build relationships with parish communities, preschools, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Track admissions data and provide enrollment reports and recommendations.
- Support school advancement, fundraising, and community engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in admissions, enrollment, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and technology platforms; FACTS experience is a plus.
- Passion for Catholic education and commitment to the mission of St. Francis Xavier Catholic School.
The ideal candidate is an organized, enthusiastic, and people-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and helping families discover the value of a Catholic education. They are a confident communicator with a customer service mindset and strong sales and recruiting instincts, capable of effectively sharing the school's mission and guiding prospective families through the enrollment process. Experience in sales, admissions, or relationship-based marketing is highly valued.
