At St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in Brunswick, Georgia, your child is known, challenged, and encouraged to become the person God created them to be. In 2023, SFXCS opened a new 30,000-square-foot, self-contained campus designed to support this vision for our students. Dedicated on May 7, 2023, with classes beginning that August, the campus features modern classrooms equipped with the latest technology, an advanced library, computer and science labs, dedicated art and music rooms, a secure playground, and a combined lunchroom and gymnasium with a stage for student performances, parent activities, and school gatherings.

At SFXCS, we’re not simply preparing students for their next school. We’re preparing them for a life of faith, purpose, and possibility.

Awards and Achievements

2026 Cognia Accreditation with Merit – St. Francis Xavier Catholic School is part of the Diocese of Savannah Catholic Schools, which earned this distinction.

2009 National Blue Ribbon School — Recognized by the U.S. Department of Education for academic excellence.

Our students achieve top-honor awards in academic competitions, including Model United Nations, Science Fairs, Quiz Bowls, Math Bowls, and local and state spelling bees.

From Preschool through 8th grade, students benefit from academic support, enrichment opportunities, electives, athletics, tutoring, and our extended day program.
